Return Policy - Effective Date: 01/04/2026

Welcome to Printermall.in.

Printermall.in deals exclusively in IT Peripherals, Printer Products, Accessories, Spares and Consumables. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict No-Return / No-Exchange Policy, except in the specific situations mentioned below.

1. No Return / No Exchange

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, compatibility issues, or personal preference.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully check the product specifications, model number, compatibility and requirements before confirming their order.The applicable return conditions are communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

2. Exceptions – When Return / Replacement is Allowed

A return or replacement request will be considered only in the following circumstances:

A. Wrong Product Delivered If Printermall.in delivers a product different from the product ordered, the customer must notify us immediately after receiving the shipment.

The customer may be required to provide:

1. Order number
2. Photograph/video of the product received
3. Photograph of the shipping label
4. Photograph of the product/model number
5. Any other information reasonably required for verification

After verification, Printermall.in may arrange for the incorrect product to be returned and the correct product to be supplied, subject to availability and verification.

B. Product Damaged at the Time of Opening

If the product is found to be physically damaged when the package is opened, the customer must immediately notify Printermall.in.

For such claims, the customer should:

1.Record a continuous unboxing video from the time the sealed package is opened until the product and its contents     are completely visible.

2.Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging and damaged product.

3.Contact Printermall.in immediately with the relevant order details and supporting photographs/video.

The claim will be reviewed and verified before any replacement or other appropriate resolution is provided.

Damage claims may not be accepted where there is insufficient evidence to establish that the damage existed at the time of opening.

3. Important – Check Before Accepting the Delivery 

Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package appears severely damaged, opened, tampered with or visibly compromised, the customer should, wherever possible, inform the delivery personnel and contact Printermall.in immediately.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return Except for the two circumstances specifically mentioned above, products purchased through Printermall.in are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

1. Change of mind

2. Ordered the wrong model

3. Ordered the wrong quantity

4. Compatibility issues where the correct product was supplied as ordered

5. Personal preference

6. Product no longer required

7. Incorrect selection by the customer

8. Opened/used products, except where covered by an approved damage claim

9. Printer consumables, cartridges, toner, ink bottles, printheads, spare parts and other consumable products, subject to applicable warranty/manufacturer obligations

5. Warranty

Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, warranty-related issues will be handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

A manufacturer's warranty is separate from the return/replacement policy of Printermall.in.

6. Refund

Where a return is approved and a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the approved claim and the applicable payment/refund process.

Refunds will not be provided for products that fall outside the permitted return conditions stated in this policy.
